Online Narrative Therapy & Counselling for First Nations People
Culturally grounded, online counselling support honouring ancestral resilience.
Aboriginal-Led
I provide a digital sanctuary where First Nations people can safely explore their narratives. Through culturally aligned therapy, I support you in re-authoring your life using narrative techniques that honour ancestral strength and spiritual connection.
Therapy Services
At First Nations Therapy, I offer a safe, relaxed and non-clinical space to yarn, reflect and work through life’s challenges together. Support is available for grief and loss, trauma, Complex PTSD, shame, anxiety, identity struggles, self-harming behaviours, family violence, sexual assault, Stolen Generations trauma, generational trauma and complex emotional wellbeing concerns.
We also work alongside people experiencing complex mental health experiences such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), hearing voices, emotional distress, dissociation, mood instability and Bipolar Disorder, with a focus on safety, connection, understanding and practical support.
Sessions are grounded in connection, storytelling, practical strategies and strengths-based ways of working. A mix of therapeutic modalities may be used throughout therapy depending on the individual’s needs, including Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and trauma-informed approaches to support healing, emotional regulation, identity, wellbeing and reconnecting with strengths, culture and community.
